Tweaking

I spent a ridiculous amount of time trying to figure out how to separately fade and drop in my dual headers onload. I almost had it all before I had to call it a day. I got as far as arranging the two separate fade-ins and setting the secondary header to slide down slowly, but when I tried to make the primary header slide down, it broke the pre-existing header scrolling function (that’s the one that makes the header slide up as I scroll down and back down when I scroll up).

I feel like the fix is related to the divs (given that I had to create two sub-header divs in order to accommodate the different styling). I’ll figure it out.
